I was trying to explain what I meant to my Spaniard friend when I dismissed an idea with, "Yeah, when pigs fly." He pondered this puzzle for a moment, and then even though we'd moved on to another topic, suddenly exclaimed, "Cuando las ranas crien pelos!" The Spanish equivalent to our winged pigs? "When frogs grow hair."
