SerbiaI have taken a few road trips in the region, and I've seen my fair share of rest stops. Some are sleek and shiny convenience store/cafe combinations, like those on any American interstate, and others have a bit more character. In my experience, appearances don't necessarily correlate to toilet paper supply. Sometimes they have it. Sometimes they don't. A safe bet is to bring your own, and carry a little change. Some places charge. (Whether or not its a free commode can generally be determined by the presence of someone sitting on a stool in the bathroom, staring at you with a hand outstretched.)

Great tip!! This can hold true for just about anywhere; having extra toilet paper is always a good idea.
