[Kimana, Kenya] – Maasai culture is defined by its strong sense of community and extended family ties. The whole boma, or village, is often involved in helping to raise its children. Here, a father sits outside his home playing with his daughter on a hot, sunny day in Kimana, a small village located near the border of Kenya and Tanzania.
